As a 2020 Associate Development Program full–time participant with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi–annual merit reviews.

This two–year full–time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization
  • *This position starts January 13th, 2020.

    What you will be doing

    FIS' Wealth and Retirement business is currently searching for a dedicated, energetic and creative Business Intelligence/Market Analyst. In this role you will gather research, analyze and report on new market opportunities within the wealth and retirement industry to help support our go–to–market plans to meet our overall business strategies, sales and revenue objectives.

    Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, analyze and present market research for new markets and further penetration of existing markets across in our space
  • Develop and produce reporting to highlight industry trends within our market space and new opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate company information, as well as competitor and industry data, to discover ways to improve our own market position
  • Assist in the content development of client surveys to leverage within your research
  • Compile data into reports for use in future business and go–to–market plans
  • Standardize collection of market research by developing methods for data collection and reporting
  • Maintain and provide updated stats for our wealth and retirement business to be used in presentations
  • What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline (Bachelor's Degree in Market Research or other business–related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem–solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
