Driver Settlement and Payroll Associate

We are located in the beautiful Southern California and works with the ports of Los Angeles and Long beach moving containers for all export and import needs to 48 states. We are dedicated to managing transportation needs of manufacturers and distributors in all industries across the nation.

Job Description– Driver Settlement and Payroll Associate

Currently, we are seeking an experienced staff member that assists with Drivers Settlements, review paperwork, audit chassis invoices, audit the bills and insert them in Quick Books. The individual needs to be very organized, self– starter, responsible, and work well with others and proven track record.

    Required Skills:
    • Accurate with numbers and familiar with Drivers payroll and settlements, Chassis Audit and Drayage.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast–paced environment
    • Strong documentation and organizational skills with attention to details
    • Strong computer and time management skills
    • Deadline oriented
    • Positive attitude / tact / diplomacy

    • Fast–paced and accurate at the same time
      Experience:
      • 1 year of Driver and owner–operator settlements– Preferred
      • 1 year of Harbor Chassis audit– Preferred
      • 1 year with per–diem processing– Preferred
      • Experienced with Quick Books, and Profit Tools software preferred.
      • Available to start in 2 weeks.
