The Business Analyst/Office Manager is responsible for all office functions including but not limited to:?

? Process accounts receivable?
? Process accounts payable

? Office supply and other purchasing?
? Process employee expense reports?
? Credit Card reconciliations?
? Month end account preparation and reconciliation?
? Bi– Weekly Payroll?
? Maintaining supplier and customer database?
? Collections?
? Misc. administrative duties, as needed?
? Back–up receptionist, as needed?

Minimum Requirements for the Business Analyst/Office Manager:
–Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
–3+ years experience with AP, AR, and Full Cycle Payroll
–Keen attention to detail
–Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
