–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– REQUIREMENT ONE: DuckCreek Business Analyst REQUIREMENT TWO: Business Analyst with STRONG Insurance Background REQUIREMENT THREE: Project Manager with STRONG Insurance Background –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– GENERAL INFORMATION: Whitehouse station, NJ C2C Telephonic Interviews Open to any Visa Contract Job Long–term Very High priority Multiple openings Competitive and Open rates –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– BUSINESS ANALYST JOBS (2) JOB DETAILS: BA Insurance and BA Duckcreek MUST: Duckcreek experience must be visible on the resume for DuckCreek BA and very strong Insurance experience must be visible for general BA positions General BA: insurance background, insurance portals knowledge and some technical background must be visible on the resume JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Plans and performs IT system research and information gathering activities including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents Reviews, documents, and categorizes current or as–is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and develop portions of the desired future or to–be state of those processes Identifies and documents the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes Helps IT managers to prioritize business process changes to maintain system functionality and efficiencies; establishes timetables for completion of projects; Helps IT managers to communicate business process and system requirements to IT staff, program staff, and stakeholders Develops test data scenarios and analyzes the results; validates requirements throughout the business analysis process Develops business system documentation Develops training plans and train users on new IT system functions or business processes Reviews and analyzes business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation; Performs business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and provide management with data to make policy decisions. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 40 + months experience managing small to medium–scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. At least 50 months experience in planning and performing IT system research and information gathering activities including conducting individual or group interviews, distributing surveys, and reviewing documents. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: At least 42 months experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing current or as–is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the desired future or to–be state of those processes At least 42 months experience in identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to Federal, State or local laws and statutes At least 42 months experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis process At least 38 months experience in developing training plans and training users on new IT system functions or business processes At least 38 months experience in reviewing and analyzing business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation At least 38 months experience in performing business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and providing management with data to make policy decisions –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– PROJECT MANAGER JOB: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Project management experience, insurance background, insurance portals knowledge , xml and some technical background Highly preferred but not mandatory: Duckcreek experience GOOD TO HAVE: Proven experience in enablement and business change management. Maniacal attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials. You are a leader who is always focused on doing what s right for the business, and you know how to lead people and teams through change. You have strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship. Excellent negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills. You diplomatically facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues. Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre–defined measurement criteria. You are high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade, such as productivity tools and project management applications. Bachelors or equivalent required. Knowledge of Adobe products and their use across customer segments is desired. RESPONSIBILITIES:– Responsible for day–to–day management of the project, making sure commitments are met Creates and maintains key project documents including: Project Plan; Timeline; Status; RAID Log Identifies, Records, Analyzes and drives resolution of: Risks; Actions; Dependencies; Issues Ensures scope of work is accurately maintained in Jira, changes are documented & approved, and the scrum teams are delivering per the project milestones Documents decisions in RAID for reference Schedules and facilitates key program meetings at the direction of the program leads Records meeting notes and actions, creating a draft for review by meeting facilitator and ensuring notes are sent to attendees Ensures coordination of work efforts to manage key dependencies Understands the breadth of the project effort within their area of responsibility and provides updates to management Provides accurate, timely program status reporting Responsible for understanding the business/IT needs and keeping the team members focused Recognizes and documents accomplishments – provided by Dice
