ECommerce Business Analyst
Real Avid is a leading and rapidly growing entrepreneurial brand that manufacturers highly innovative and capable gear that enhances the hunting and shooting experience for all gun owners. Job Description:This positionwill support the Real Avid sales and marketing teams' efforts to grow the Real Avid brand. This job reports directly to the President of Real Avid and is mentored by COO. Key areas of responsibility include:Ecommerce Marketing/Business SupportDrive growth of Real Avid's Amazon business.Own and run advertising campaigns and promotions related to these partners.Analyzesales results weekly and adjust sales driving techniques to grow sales.Report and track weekly performance by item and category.Build base of brand zealots by responding weekly to consumer review feedback.Research and identify new, competitive item opportunities using online item analysis tools.Work with other partners such as Midway, Brownells and Optics Planet to grow the Real Avid brand on their sites.Conduct retail pricing and product listing audits across all ecommerce partners.Take corrective action on opportunities identified during audits.Help team with maintaining, updating and enhancing Real Avid's websites.Execute consumer and dealer outreach strategies.Support key retail partner (Cabela's, Bass Pro, etc.) online and general item set–up needs.Manage ad hoc projects from sales and marketing team.Attend trade and consumer show events with Real Avid team weeks per year of travel).Desired Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate would have a 4–year college degree in business/marketing and minimum of 2 years of work experience with Amazon business processes.
