We are looking for highly qualified individuals to add to our team of Lean Six Sigma consultants in order increase our capabilities and broaden our opportunity base

The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst will be to help identify the client's company?s business needs, standardize workflows, and interpret the business rules and requirements for technical system integration. Armed with an understanding of a specific company, the Analyst will devise a strategy to bring change that works for our client's business.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business analysis principles and self motivation are essential.? This position requires flexible work hours and travel outside of Charlotte.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand the business process management of the company.
  • Learning about the strengths and weakness of the financial situation of the company.
  • Designing an alternative business process work flow.
  • Implementing the solutions.
  • Supervising the execution process.
  • Making appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.
  • Preparing reports for the proposed suggestions.
  • Getting the feedback and comments and act upon them.
  • Knowledge about the relevant software.
  • Identifying the areas for improvements and business issues.
  • Demonstrate Analytical thinking and creativity.
  • Examine and interpret statistical reports to identify risks
  • Develop reports and procedures to audit critical processes and to confirm data integrity
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of business dynamics
  • Good strategist and tactician to steer a company out of troubled waters into better times
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills needed to interact with clients and technical team members
  • Be a subject matter expert and ask the right questions to "connect the dots" across a broad array of topics
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • BA PMI Book of Knowledge training
