We are looking for an accounting professional/Full Charge Bookkeeper who is able to thrive in a deadline–driven environment with minimal supervision and is self–driven and organized. We are in search of a determined Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client. The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is responsible for , financial statement preparation, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month–end close for multiple clients. – Organize subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year–end requirement

– Produce monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

– Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation

– Sustain Accounts Payable

– Assemble cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

– Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

– Summarize business license and gross receipts

– Experience with Accounts Receivable

– Handle monthly accounting close

– Other distinguished projects when necessary
– Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

– Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

– Foundational knowledge in journal entries

– Expertise in Prepare Financial Statements

– Good understanding of Sales Tax

– Practical knowledge of bi–Monthly Payroll

– Strong familiarity with general ledger

– Accounts Payable (AP) experience

– Earlier work involving Payroll Tax Returns

– Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Statement

– General familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll

– Proven knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

– Well–founded grasp of cash posting

– Wide ranging experience with Payroll Tax Reporting

– Quality experience with Payroll Tax Deposits

– Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

– High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

– Excellent communication and organizational skills

– Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

– 5+ years of related experience– Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
