Employment Type: Full–Time with benefits after 60 daysReports to: Armando Leyva, Director of FinanceWages: Commision–based Payplan Sales Department Hours: Monday to Friday 9am–9pm & Saturday 9am–7pm & Sunday 10am–6pm WHY JOIN PACIFIC BMW: Family–owned & Operated since 1982 State of the Art Facility Honest, Inviting, & Innovative Culture Paid Time Off Health Insurance covered at 75% and Complimentary Life Insurance Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Plans at group rates 401K & Matching Employer Contribution Tenured Leadership Team Opportunity for Growth & Development Company Sponsored Events Located in the Heart of the Jewel City Glendale The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a high–line auto dealership Self–motivated with a proven record of success Customer service experience with high–end clientele is a plus Technology–savvy Positive and upbeat attitude Availability to work in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays Some college Current driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred Physical Requirements: On a regular basis: sitting, grasping/grabbing with hands, typing Infrequently: Standing, Walking, Bending, twisting and/or stooping, Kneeling and/or squatting, Lifting, pushing and pulling Occasionally: Climbing stairs Job–Specific Duties Include: Build rapport and professionally attend to clients in person and over the phone Offer vehicle financing and insurance products to provide clients a customized experience with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through lending institutions and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used–vehicle and finance departments Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs Supervise the quality and timeliness of documentation, contracts, and transfer of funds for all transactions to ensure compliance with all lawful rules and regulations Maintain insurance files and prepare and submit claims Achieve sales targets for all products on a monthly basis Promote the scope, value and features of the services offered Disclaimer: To qualify for employment, the top candidates must submit to a pre–employment investigation that includes a background check, MVR, drug testing & previous employment verification.
