Our company has 15 associates and is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper with ability to work 32–40 hours per week. Company provides medical insurance, disability, 401(K) and more. The Office Manager is primarily responsible to provide support to company associates, handle bookkeeping functions, and other tasks related to general operations.
Listed below are the responsibilities of the Office Manager: RESPONSIBILITIES Manage details of the office
Manage necessary functions to support associates Manage the supplies needed for the company Purchase any necessary office supplies Work with outside vendors for maintenance and cleaning Other tasks as assigned by President Bookkeeping Handle salary and hourly payroll Invoicing and receipting Relations with vendors and accounts payable Journal entries Assistance in preparing monthly internal and tax reports Inventory management of payment devices Calculation and billing of subscription fees Other tasks as assigned by President Support to company associates Assist in new contract process Initial setup and maintenance of service contracts Assist new associates with benefit enrollment Help manage customer mailing list and IssueTrak accounts Other tasks as assigned by President Category: Administrative , Keywords: Office Manager
