Description

The Access Governance Senior Business Analyst (BA) within the Identity and Access Management team has sound understanding of business requirements elicitation and is a strong communicator across the organization.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Possessing the ability to quickly comprehend both the organizational requirements while balancing business needs and translating those needs into requirements, identifying integration challenges and developing plans of action to resolve those challenges, assuring Identity and Access Management minimum requirements are met.
  • Acting as a critical thinker with prior process improvement experience and possessing the skill to "speak" both technical and business language, working closely not only with the business line, but also with both the SailPoint Development and Test Teams to ensure Entitlement Reviews (UERs) and Self Service Access Requests (SSAR) proper access governance is achieved.
  • With an eye towards risk remediation and operational sustainability, creating the documentation of processes, procedures and the creation of reporting to continue ongoing governance success
  • Maintaining the integrity of governance throughout all IAM processes, including SailPoint integration and other key tools of the department.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5 or more years of previous experience as a Business Analyst (including requirements elicitation)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated collaboration, coaching and influencing skills

  • Proven analytical, organizational, time management and planning skills

  • Process Improvement champion, with skills in root cause analysis and problem solving skills

  • Risk management and remediation experience

  • Adaptive to environments of change; able to reprioritize with competing priorities

  • Experience succeeding and a deadline driven environment

  • Thought provoking; ability to ask questions and probe to gain full understanding of requirements

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • SailPoint or other IAM Product experience (e.g., IIQ, OIM, Siteminder, etc.)

  • Requirements Gathering

  • Writing Use Cases and Test Cases

  • Quality Assurance Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing

  • Directory Services Products (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Oracle Directory)

  • Agile Tools and Process (e.g., Jira, Trello)

  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence preferred

  • Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle processes

  • Experience with Single Sign–On Efforts (SSO) with OKTA or similar platforms beneficial

  • IAM tool monitoring, analysis, and support

  • SAP Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring, analysis, and support

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years relevant Business Analysis experience.

Hours & Work Schedule


Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
