Clinic Operations Business Analyst

Position Qualifications/Essential Functions:
The Clinic Operations Business Analyst will also be responsible for:
?? Interpret data and produce clear and comprehensive written analyses, graphics, tables, and presentations for distribution to diverse internal and external audiences.
?? Synthesize and analyze complex information including operational, quality and financial reporting metrics, and complete needed research as required around value based health care
?? Adapt methodologies to typical and complex situations, circumstances and new projects
?? Serve as an internal liaison to other Vera teams to increase the capacity and understanding of new clinical and operational programs
?? Partner with internal teams to organize meetings and events to advance understanding of clinical and operational program roll out
?? Works with the reporting team to develop a suite of reports for managing care team productivity and performance.
?? Translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Work with subject matter experts and operators to build analyses for population health initiatives that have real and immediate impact
  • Interact with senior management by providing thoughtful analysis on key decision points to drive initiatives forward
  • Develop deliverables and project plans
  • Develop reporting and analytic tools for operators, management, and other support teams
  • Analyze large data sets to identify gaps in care and opportunities for clinical and cost improvement
  • Plan and drive complex projects engaging various stakeholders
  • Lead design for and perform execution of ad hoc analyses, while guiding analysts and senior

?? Bachelor's degree required.
?? Master's in Health Administration preferred.
?? Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, strategy, healthcare operations, health plans, business analysis, data analytics, data science, investment banking)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency
