Our client, a forward–thinking utilities organisation are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh on an initial 12 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have experience within customer experience/billing as well as the following skill set:
* Vast experience dealing with customers, can be over the telephone or face to face
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Solid working knowledge of the complete MS Office suite including Excel
* Able to work well autonomously or as part of a wider team
* The preparation and issuing of invoices to licensed providers in line with monthly deadlines
* Investigating disputes by liaising between the licensed provider and the relevant internal team
* Dealing with customer queries over the phone or e–mail
The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with a variety of stakeholders from multiple areas of the business. For more information please call.
