We Offer

The Line Manager of the Legal Reporting Team is responsible for the delivery of annual and semi-annual financial reports for a variety of investment funds (various asset classes, investment strategies, legal structures), domiciled in Switzerland and in EU. Preparation of special content related to the reporting process, for instance computation of total expense ratios (including synthetics for funds of funds) or portfolio turnover rates is an additional part of the core responsibilities.

The team provides services in close collaboration with fund accounting departments for Swiss and Luxembourg domiciled funds. Legal reporting is part of Institutional Clients operations in Wroclaw, represented by several teams covering fund administration business. Particular tasks include:

  • Producing regulatory reports for Investment Funds administrated by Credit Suisse Funds AG (annual-/semi-/liquidation-reports).
  • Managing the team as a designated leader, responsible for workload planning and delegation, ensuring appropriate training of subordinates and their personal development, communication with clients and key partners etc.
  • Ensuring the reports produced are accurate and published on time.
  • Active co-operation with internal partners (e.g. Fund Accounting, Client Service Management, Legal and Compliance).
  • Managing and supporting business change in the organisation (e.g. document business requirements, support development, execute testing).

You Offer

  • You have 4-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably including 1-2 years of people leadership.
  • University degree in economics and/or accounting is essential.
  • You have deep knowledge of legal reporting requirements gained through education and previous work experience (preferably in a fund management or in an auditor company).
  • You have deep understanding of annual financial reports, income statements and cash flows, experience in analysing investment vehicles' balance sheets.
  • You have previous experience in funds servicing company and knowledge of funds accounting processes.
  • You are highly motivated with the ability to work at highest quality standards to ensure compliance and correctness of regulatory reports.
  • You take initiative to improve the report production processes.
  • You possess strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal). German would be an asset.
  • You have good command of MS Office programs (Excel, Word).
