Requirements:
1. Professional qualification with CPA, more than 12 years of experiences with at least 7 years in managerial position. Familiar with PRC GAAP, PRC tax, financial and commercial practices, and working experience with WOFE is preferred. Good knowledge of budgeting process, corporate reporting, tax planning , cash or liquidity management, good understanding of business process and internal controls.
2. Good leadership and good managing and interpersonal skill
3. Good communication and presentation skill.
4. Conscious in meeting deadlines and results - oriented.
5. Capable of hands on with details without losing focus on big picture.
6. Able to react fast to grasp issue of concern or area of continuous improvement and able to direct controller team with resolution.
7. Good Knowledge of English and Chinese (Spoken & Written).
8. Good computer skill (SAP & Microsoft Office).
Responsibilities:
1. Statutory and Management Reporting
To coordinate, review, provide BU Statutory (ie Audit and Tax) and Management report on timely and reliable basis in line with the BG and Corporate control office requirement.
To highlight and alert the critical risk areas or area of concern which may affect the financial performance of BU Monitor tax compliance, liaising or monitoring relationship with local authority in respect of financial management related areas.
2. Budgetary and Cost Control
Coordinate, review, prepare the budget for BU and monitor the progress of the results against the budget, Support the BU Head to achieve Financial & Operation target.
Initiate action or direct resolution for any cost control measures or initiatives.
3. Internal Control Compliance
Review and monitor compliance on Chart of Authority and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) of BU
Coordinate internal audit review with all departments and monitor execution of the recommendations.
4. Liquidity Management
Coordinate, review the BU cash flow or liquidity position with objective to assess and predict the short or long term capital requirement of the BU in order to maintain sufficient liquidity needs for normal operation or BU expansion plan.
Manage and Monitor the LMA / CCM accounts in BU
5. Organizational Planning
Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team, develop and maintain a good team relationship with continuous improvement on the skill level of the finance team.
