As the Stock Finance Manager with Sage you will be managing a team of 2 Accounts Assistants as well as getting involved with general Bookkeeping and Management Accounts for a growing accountancy department.

The client is one of the leading distributor of electrical beauty products based in Fulham.
Description
As the Stock Finance Manager with Sage your duties will include:
- Managing 2 Sales Ledger Clerks
- Managing the debtor collecting
- Liaising with the logistics team
- Managing the Accounting for the sales ledger including allocations for clean sales ledger
- External reconciliations for the Invoice Finance funder
- Managing the cash book reconciliations
- Providing statistic reports to the government as required including Euro Sales Statistics and Monthly Intrastat return
- Improving the use of Sage 200
- Assisting with other Financial Control processes
- Managing monthly, weekly & daily reporting
- Assisting the FC with the Monthly Management Accounts and Annual Budget preparation
Profile
As the Stock Finance Manager with Sage you will:
- Be part qualified CIMA/ACCA
- Be comfortable using Excel (SumIf, Pivot Tables, V-lookups)
- Have managed before
- Have worked with stock before
- Have worked in Finance and Accounts Receivables for 4 years
