Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY89yj_zSIo The Job: Purpose of Role: Reporting to the Head of PMO and Operational Excellence, the Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of Shared Service Centre projects. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives; Ensure resource availability and allocation; Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques; Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; Report and escalate to management as needed; Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders; Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; Who you are: Essential: Third level qualification, preferably in accounting-related discipline; Minimum of 3 years working experience in project management, Financial services experience; PMP Certification; Transitions experience; Excellent interpersonal skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Self-starter - ability to work on own initiative; Ability to communicate in fluent English both verbally and in writing; Actively contribute to efforts to develop Project Management discipline and skills in the organisation (eg, mentors and coaches, participates in the Project Management community Desirable: Lean-Six Sigma certification; Fluency in or working knowledge of another European language (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese) Key Features of the Role Additional hours at critical times may be required.
