The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media Analyst/ Publisher to join M&G Investments. The role sits within the Digital Content Publishing team which is part of the Digital Marketing Team and is responsible for administering all the company's social media properties, including publishing and reporting; the role also supports broader content publishing updates to M&G corporate websites.
Your key responsibilities will be
* Responsible for all M&G Investments' social publishing activity.
* Responsible for all processes associated with publishing to Social Media platforms
* Managing M&G's blog sites, including roadmap of optimisation
* Monitoring and reporting on the traffic and engagement metrics.
* Suggest and implement new features.
* Management of stakeholders including internal teams and agencies to ensure activities are delivered on time and effectively
* Support the Social Media Lead in delivering the strategic plan, identifying new social platforms and opportunities.
* Platform analytics and social listening: using data sourced from M&G's own platforms and social media data available publicly to provide regular reporting and insights to inform the digital marketing and content teams.
* Support Social Media Lead: providing support on any new social media initiatives including roadmap development and delivery
* Publishing to M&G's corporate websites as required, including urgent, project, high profile updates and general BAU support.
* Test and learn from new initiatives
What are we looking for?
We are ideally looking for you to have financial services experience and FCA regulatory understanding.
For this role, you will need experience of managing social media publishing activities within a commercial environment along with experience of publishing content using an Enterprise CMS. You will need experience of managing social activities for both a B2B and B2C Audience and have expert knowledge of social channels.
