Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruiting Finance Roles within a Large Pharma Multinational This role is working with a top major account for a large agency. It's a massive opportunity to join a great company in a role where you will have huge influence in this large account. The main site that you will be supplying staff for will be in Dublin North. When you are not onsite talking to the hiring managers , you are working with the sourcing team in agency HQ, shortlisting for the roles that you are working on. The main advantages of this role is that you will have huge autonomy and independence and your not sourcing all day long. We know finding candidates is a struggle in this market at times and just isnt a strength. This role is for a person who likes to build long term relationships. If you are the type of person who is just money motivated, this isn't for you. It's a pure career move. You will have exposure to some superb experience that you might not get onsite working directly for a company. Most onsite recruiters spend most of their time sourcing, this role , you wont have to do any of that. You will be given the CV's and you will just need to decide which ones are right for you or not. You will then send the most suitable ones to the hiring manager and work with them to close the requisition.
