YSB Global Initiatives (YSB) is looking for a dynamic and motivated team member with strong organizational and time management skills to join its small, entrepreneurial team, starting as soon as possible. The position is located in Frankfurt am Main.

You will closely work with the YSB Operative and Finance Management to ensure the highest possible quality of administrative and accounting management support. You will also liaise with the remote Team in Berlin, as well as the teams in YSB's country offices around the world.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Finances and Accounting

??? Hold cash overview over German–based companies, monitor cash/bank accounts, track payments, manage relations with bank and insurances, manage bank reconciliation

??? Managing in/outgoing invoices, credit card statements, travel reports, etc. on a weekly basis and coordinate with outsourced finance services, tax advisers and financial institutions

??? Prepare monthly packages for accounting services and manage relations with accountant

??? Provide ad hoc monthly reporting of actual balances and provide information and CC reports

??? Support in preparing the annual accounts and auditing process, coordinate auditors requests and provide support/documentation

??? Report transfers to EU and non–EU countries to Bundesbank and other authorities

??? Initiate salary and tax payments

??? Ensure correct filing of all documents

??? Verify and process travel expenses reports

Administration and Office Management

??? Autonomous execution of administrative processes and documents, correspondence

??? Problem solving/ trouble–shooting questions of day–to–day work

??? Support to the team, act as a 'go–to person'

??? Any other activities dealing with the day–to–day or long–term business continuity and serving the purpose of advancing the Yunus Social Business Group

Human Resources

??? Support of employees of YSB global and local teams, in coordination with the Office Manager in Berlin, act as main contact for any HR related question

??? Issuing contracts, registering employees with (tax) authorities and assisting with all administrative questions

??? Provide support to new employees for any question

??? Coordinate Feedback process

You have

??? A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience for a company with international exposure. Certified Accountant is a plus

??? Extremely structured and organized, detail oriented, ability to multi–task, ability to consistently meet deadlines and to follow–through

??? Self–starter and hands–on and implementation attitude and team work spirit, self–motivated

??? Excellent MS Excel user, Knowledge of DATEV Unternehmen Online is a plus, familiarity with Google Apps and social media is a plus

??? Excellent oral and written communication skills

??? Customer service orientation, 'can–do' and hands–on attitude with a strong team spirit

??? Fluency in written and oral German and English is a must

??? Ability to work independently in a fast–pace environment, ability to adapt quickly to changes and comfortable in working with an entrepreneurial and international team
