Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance operation head to establish national finance share service center(FSSC), including but not limited to design the operation workflow, standard and model of the future FSSC
- Responsible for centralized item voucher
- Participate in accounting / operation related projects
- Operate, review and risk control in accounting & operation
- Prepare the CIRC and external reports, and assist supervisor on internal & external audit.
- Daily accounting / operation and ledgers.
Requirements:
- At Least 5 years' working experience in finance/accounting sector, candidates with experience in a Finance Share service Center is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of accounting policy, PRC taxation rules and regulations
- Proficient in computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; good knowledge of SUN system is preferred;
- Proactive with strong team work spirit
- A quick learner with logical thinking
- Good communication and inter-personal skill
- ACCA Preferred
