IT Transformation (ITT) - Assistant Manager

We invite highly motivated and dynamic professionals with relevant experience to join our fast growing IT Transformation (ITT) practice.

KPMG's ITT professionals provide Information Technology (IT) audit for large and complex ERP systems as well as governance, risk and compliance (GRC) advisory related services. This includes IT governance, IT risk and security, business process review supported by technology and IT project assurance.

The core responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• planning and executing the day-to-day activities of IT audit and SAP & GRC engagements for a variety of clients
• evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls, IT governance practices supporting the client's business and operations and data quality of the client's systems
• leading and coaching teams assigned on engagements
• identifying and communicating value adding recommendations on IT risk management issues and performance improvement opportunities to clients

The ideal candidate should have:

• have experience in SAP/ERP audit work, including IT controls testing and SAP pre/post implementation review, SAP roles and authorization review.
• possess a recognized degree in a Technology related field, such as Information Technology, Accountancy/Commerce/Business with a major in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering (Electronics/Computer)
• Other relevant certifications such as CISA will be advantageous
• have knowledge of the systems development lifecycle, information security, IT management and SAP GRC
• have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently
• possess strong project and client management abilities
• be willing to travel locally or regionally, as there may be opportunities for future regional assignments (short-term)
• possess excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and non-technical audiences, which include audit committees and senior management.
