Job Description

You'll play a key role in our Fund team by coordinating seamless client on boarding for all new business.

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service.

Another string to your bow will be to build strong relationships across the wider business and help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• The right to live and work in Guernsey
• Knowledge of the finance industry
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Familiar with processing CDD/KYC information, along with previous fund administration experience
