This is a fantastic role for a dynamic and enthusiastic book keeper to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring timely accounting postings and executing accounts payable functions. You will be part of a small finance team and will be responsible for the Finance of the whole business.

Client Details

Based in the heart of London, myclient is a development manager, who oversee the entire life cycle of each development from funding and acquisition, through planning, design and construction to marketing and sales.

Description

Key responsibilities for this book keeper role include:

  • To reconcile trading company bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • To post supplier purchase invoices for all trading companies and project SPVs
  • To setup and review direct debits and payment plans where applicable
  • To resolve supplier queries and chase missing invoices
  • To prepare the main supplier pay run on a monthly basis
  • To complete all finance company filing on a monthly basis

Profile

The successful candidate for this book keeper role will:

  • At least three year's experience in a similar role
  • Practical experience of working with Sage and Quickbooks accounting software
  • High attention to detail
  • Personable and proactive, keen to engage with colleagues
  • You are comfortable working in a small team with big ambitions
  • Be able to commute into central London

Job Offer

On offer to the right candidate is:

  • An opportunity to develop your career in an exciting and collaborative working environment in initially as a 16 hours per week role, with opportunity to develop further
  • This could be across 2-3 days but would need to be Monday to Wednesday.
  • Salary on offer is £15-18 per hour, based on experience
