Accounts Receivable Clerk

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading hotel group in a fantastic London location. Our client are looking for an immediately available Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis over a busy period. In this role you will support the existing AR Clerk while the company go through a new system implementation.

Page are proud to represent a luxury hotel group in the heart of West London. They currently have Our client is experiencing a busy period as the year draws to a close and need an experienced, immediately available Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team for at least 3 months.

Description

• Cash allocation and allocation of banks to accounts
• Liaising with wider accountancy team (AP and AA) to get a good understanding of each account
• Chasing invoices via phone, email and letter
• Running reports on Excel
• Uploading invoices onto system SUN (changing to Oracle in the new year)
• Mixture of B2B and B2C chasing
• Regularly updating management on updates
• Dealing with queries and only escalating when necessary

Profile

• Must be immediately available
• Strong attention to detail
• Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal
• At least 3 years experience in AR
• Experience in hospitality is essential
• Good Excel skills
• Team player, hard working attitude to work
• Previous experience using SUN is desirable
