Accounts receivable specialist

My client are currently seeking a new Accounts receivable specialist to assist in their night auditing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of 8 hotels, breaking down key financial information from each hotel's night audit. This role will require a candidate with an accounts receivable background.

Description

• Breaking down key financial information from a portfolio of hotel's night audit into Excel.
• Analysing and communicating key data from your created Excel spreadsheets.
• liaising with internal credit controllers to chase outstanding revenue.
• Identifying potential fraud
• BACS payments
• auditing key financial data
• Month end reconciliations
• Daily cash book maintenance
• Maintaining daily contact with the relevant parties in your assigned hotel's credit and finance teams.
• Contributing to month end procedures.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• be an assertive individual who can work well within a team
• AAT qualified or above (strongly pref)
• Strong Excel skills are a must: V-lookups - Pivot Tables (training will be provided on macros)
