The opportunity
We are looking for a Support Specialist - EY Identity within the Advisory Risk team in our Perth office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible (either individually or as part of a team) for assisting in the definition and delivery of project scope, goals and outcomes for allocated projects
- Support the planning and implementation of EY Identity engagements
- Use of agreed methodologies and documentation to gather, interpret and define project requirements
- Assist in the implementation of software solutions to deliver business value to the client ensuring all functionality is clearly aligned to the defined requirements
- Optimise and execute EY methodologies for the delivery of project outcomes
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement of EY processes and implement
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction in existing customer accounts
- Maximise opportunities within allocated customers for continued EY interaction
- Adhere to all policies, standards and best practices
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise IT systems
- Detailed knowledge of Identity Management including Enterprise knowledge of one or more Identity product suites, eg, One Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Manager, CA Identity Suite, Tivoli Identity Manager or Oracle Identity Manager
- Ability to:
- Elicit and document requirements
- Assist in the creation of Use Cases to ensure the ability to functionally validate requirements
- Provide support to project teams to deploy large scale software solutions
- Sound understanding of test methodologies
- Understanding of project and change management
- Consulting expertise with end to end project delivery: analysis, design implementation, testing and documentation of enterprise software solutions
- Ability to assist with use of technology to translate client business needs to value adding functional solutions
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology skills including one or more of the following products: Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/MIM) [including Active Directory, .NET, SQL, and SharePoint], Active Directory Federation Service, SailPoint IIQ, One Identity Manager, Saviynt, BeyondTrust and/or CyberArk
- Microsoft Certifications (such as MCSA, MCSE)
- IT Managed Services (planning, or delivery of)
