Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper
Based in Dublin 15
Permanent Role
Salary ₠35,000 - 45,000 DOE
3 + years experience in a similar role
Flexibility available on start / finish times
Duties:
· Managing our company payroll
· Preparing our monthly management accounts and other financial reports for the company director
· Preparing our quarterly P&L & Balance sheet for the company director
· Preparing the company cash flow statement
· Completing monthly bank reconciliations
· Preparation of annual accounts for audit
· Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
· Managing all fleet related costs
· Involved in additional ad hoc finance duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
· Must have bookkeeping or accounts qualification / Part Qualification
· Must have a working knowledge of Excel.
· Must be an effective communicator, as this role will involve a lot of cross department communication.
· Must be detail oriented and a self-starter. Attention to detail is crucial.
Required Skills:
· Knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with VLookups is required.
· Team player with good communication skills, you will be highly motivated and comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment with a natural ability to adapt to change.
