We provide value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. Work you'll do:
- Develop expertise for a key marketing channel(s); help protect and manage the digital customer experience of that channel(s)
- Maintain the health and quality of flagship digital marketing channels
- Help research and refine channel, governance and audience engagement strategies
- Manage an editorial calendar for Global content that will create a distinctive engagement with clients, talent, and other key audiences
- Advise Global business stakeholders on best practices to maximize value and effectiveness of the Deloitte Global's external website and social media channels
- Help foster innovation across the Deloitte network to drive the reach, impact and connectivity through Deloitte.com and social channels through knowledge sharing and communities of practice
- Collaborate with strategists and creative colleagues to inform data-driven channel strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness
- Manage key relationships with Global Brand & Communications and Member firm/regional digital marketing and communications stakeholders
- Document best practices and optimize channel usage
- Document and share A/B testing results

The idealcandidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years relevantexperience in channel lifecycle management, digital marketing, marketingautomation or similar area
- An understanding of the contentlifecycle and curation best practices
- Familiarity with content management orpublishing tools - knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua), basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferablySalesforce), experience with social media publishing tools (preferably Sprinklr)and/or experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
- Solidorganizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work andachieve results - with minimal supervision - in an intense, fast-paced, virtualteam environment
- Proficiency in Excel,PowerPoint and Word
- Agency experience(Advertising, PR, Marketing or Event) a plus
- Flexibility, adaptability,and willingness to travel on a limited basis required
