When you're on our Advisory team, you specialize in a particular competency - Risk/Internal Audit, Performance Improvement (PI) or Technology Risk. Our PI service offerings are digitally-enabled and we are committed to bringing leading, technologically-driven solutions to our clients.
Performance Improvement (PI) is building a better world by helping our clients solve their most complex issues, whether they are to create growth, manage cost and efficiency, respond to market pressures and regulation, or just simply to resolve operational challenges. The scope of PI capabilities stretches from innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional expertise in Customer, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to providing support for complex and large scale programme and portfolio management. We team across Advisory to add our Risk capabilities, and our expertise in Growth Drivers (such as Digital, Analytics, Cyber and People Advisory Services), and with our colleagues in other Service Lines to ensure that our offerings are unique in the market.

Responsibilities:
* Strategize and plan engagements that encompass areas such as strategy, finance, supply chain, business process reengineering, organizational transformation, change management, IT solutions, internal projects and operations
* Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge
* Develop innovative approaches to meeting client requirements by leveraging on EY's technology and tools.
* Continually learn, innovate, share knowledge with team members, enhance the delivery of services Challenge and inspire both team members and clients in thinking about challenging situations in new and transformative ways.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel keeping abreast of business/economic developments and trend and their impact to the client
* Value and model excellent client service by establishing and monitoring goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
* Manage progress, risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Respect and protect client information
* Develop people. Effectively manage teams by delegating responsibilities and communicating progress updates. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training and foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment
* Create new business opportunities. Develop strong internal relationships within the EY Advisory Line and with other service lines across the Firm
* Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify potential opportunities to apply EY's services to best assess and present ways to serve clients
Requirements:
* a bachelor's and/or master's degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, statistics, industrial engineering, MIS (business perspective)
* a professional accounting designation for example ACCA, CA, CPA would be considered an asset
* a minimum of 6 years' experience in providing advisory services
* experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
* experience in program management for large-scale business transformation projects and programs (preferred)
* ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
* an ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges
