Job Description:
1. Preparation & overseeing of the Group financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annually for reporting and management purposes and to ensure the accuracy and compliance with the Group policies.
2. Ensure compliance with the listing requirements of Bursa Securities, Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), Companies Acts and other statutory requirements.
3. Preparation of group monthly financial forecasts including commercial P&L, cash flow for business planning and performance review.
4. Prepare company budget plan and monitor the variance to the budget periodically.
5. Oversee tax compliance preparation process and tax planning of the Group.
6. Leading and managing the Accounts & Finance team of the Group, covering the full spectrum of the finance & account operations.
7. To provide leadership in all aspects of finance, investor relations, risk management, corporate governance.
8. Supporting and advising the BOD in overseeing in the capital structure of the company & any capital raising or corporate finance activities.
9. Stock exchange, liaise with venture capital & private equity fund manager, business partnering opportunities with potential private investors.
10. Participate & Oversee the Corporate Finance function including merger and acquisition submission to regulatory authorities and ad hoc projects.
11. Provide strategic business advice to the management team and board of directors on all matters, affecting the financial position and profitability of the Group of companies.
12. Formulate and review financial and accounting policies, to achieve high standard of transparency, corporate governance and accountabilities.
13. Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities and stakeholders. Manage and perform all activities related to financial, legal and corporate administrative work.
14. Prepare & Review announcements to Bursa Malaysia
15. Ensure financial control and the internal control systems of the Group is operating effectively.
16. Forecast and plan the funding requirements of the Group. Manage and source additional funding whenever necessary.
17. Manage and facilitate investors' relation programmes of the Group
18. Perform other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA or a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA) or equivalent.
  • Required skill (s): Certified Accountant, ACCA,CIMA, MICPA, Corporate Finance
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably candidate with experience in working in a Public Listed Company
  • Preferable candidate with good attitude, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, diligent, mature and able to interact with management and BOD.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Candidates must be willing to work at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya.
