Redpath Partners are currently representing a prestigious Property & Construction Group who is based in Hong Kong with a range of construction projects across Asia Pacific and EMEA Region. The group are now looking for a senior addition to their finance team. You will be management for corporate accounting, financial & managing accounting, cash management and tax.
Reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for proactively managing and executive the group accounting and financial activities of the group. These areas include all accounting matters, establishment of financial controls and operating procedures, management of financial statements and reports across all levels. You will oversee the accounting, FP&A, risk & control, investment transactions support and liaison with auditors/ lawyers/ banks/ JV partners.
REQUIREMENT
- Qualified Accountant with at least 12 years professional accounting and finance experience
- University Graduate in accounting or finance, preferable with a CPA qualification
- Industry experiences gained from MNC or large-scale companies within construction, property or real estate and related sector
- Excellent communication skills are crucial
- Ability to manage key stakeholders and work closely with the business
- Detail oriented, flexible, team player, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with ad hoc requests
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese is essential
- Chinese speaking candidates would be advantageous
