Payroll Administrator

This is a position for an ambitious payroll administrator to progress within both payroll and general account management in the electronics industry.

Page Personnel are partnered with a leading electonics solutions company in the heart of Milton Keynes. Our client is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Administrator on an initial temporary basis with the guarantee of securing a permanent position after three months.

This client are supportive and have an open culture, and seeking an individual with experience in Payroll & Accounts, but someone being available on short notice is preferred.

Description

• To collate, calculate, prepare and check monthly payroll for processing and to make sure payments are delivered on time
• To ensure payroll is correctly analysed and posted on to the financial accounting system
• To maintain the payroll records and payroll management information/analysis.
• To ensure all Pensions, AVC, PAYE are paid on time and recorded in the financial accounting system
• To provide information to employees and staff
• To be a proficient user of the Financial Accounting System.

Profile

• Payroll administrator experience in a financial or administrative environment
• Available on short notice
• Experience using the system Oracle (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent mathematical and administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of computer literacy with good working knowledge of Excel and Word
