Commercial Finance Manager

Edge-of-your-seat, wide-ranging finance role supporting the rapid growth of existing offices in London and New York plus future offices. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and assist him in all activities, both commercial and reporting.

My client is a next-generation global influencer marketing agency with offices in London and New York.
With a workforce of 36 who sit across Account Management, Creative Strategy, Tech and New Business. They are a young but quickly growing company with a roster of clients across multiple sectors that includes Primark, Zalando, BMW, PepsiCo Group, L'Oréal, Estée Lauder Companies, American Eagle, Campari Group, NARS, Shiseido, Method, Gousto and more.

Description

Key roles and responsibilities for this role include:

• Performing business analysis to ensure they are running at 100% all the time.
• Performing M&A research and valuations of opportunities that arise.
• Performing competitor and market analysis, working in tandem with the Chief Strategy Office to anticipate the next market evolution.
• Assisting the Group CFO and working with external accountants and lawyers to shape the business' corporate structure to unlock all valuable commercial opportunities.
• Assisting in the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder presentations.
• Assisting in month-end reporting and analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and presenting to key business stakeholders.
• Leading on 5-year planning to ensure the business has ambitious but robust targets for the future, to which the business can be held to account.
• Leading on the pricing of complex agreements with clients and exploring new commercial models as the company's services expand and evolve.

Profile

The successful Commercial Finance Manager candidate will:
