Page Personnel are working with a fantastic business, based in Knutsford, recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their finance team.
Client Details
A well established business, with a fast paced, dynamic culture, are recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: liaise with various internal and external stakeholders regarding queries relating to the finance function; assist with month end processing; reconciliations; manage all sales and purchase invoice processing; support the wider business in raising PO information; chase outstanding debt and manage credit limits.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a varied finance role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Be studying towards/Qualified AAT Candidate - Highly Beneficial
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
