Temporary to permanent role based in Oxford. They are looking for a Assistant Accountant to join there team ASAP.

Client Details

Exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for a business based in Oxford. As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations, and the month end process. You will report directly into the Financial Controller and be apart of a small team.

This business are looking for someone to start asap on a temporary basis, but there is the possibility for this role to become permanent. They are based in Oxford with no parking, however they are walking distance from the train station. They also can offer this role on a full time or part time basis. They are very flexible with the working hours.

Description

Key duties of the Assistant Accountant:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Bank reconciliations reconciling
  • Payment runs
  • Month end preparation
  • Deal with any finance queries

    • Must have experience in a similar role
    • Be able to start on short notice
    • Be able to work on your own initiative
    • Be able to work to tight deadlines
