Founded in 2000, an independent, international insurance and reinsurance Lloyd's broker, based in the City of London.
Description
- Proper documentation of financial transactions
- Data entry on Brokasure in respect of premiums
- Upload underwriting documents on LIRMA/Lloyd's electronic platforms - CLASS & BUREAU & IMR (Insurance Market Repository)
- Deal with and resolve queries from CLASS & BUREAU & XChanging
- Chase clients for prompt payment of premiums within due dates
- Deal with premium warranty extension requests from the clients
- Generate MIS reports from the Company's database
Profile
- 2-4 years experience in Accounts Assistant role
- Previous experience in Brokasure
- Degree Educated
- Working towards or planning to study ACCA
- Spanish Speaker is desired
