Audit and Accounts Senior

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working with a large regional firm as they look to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior to join their office in Lincoln. The position will revolve around the development and growth of a diverse audit and accounts portfolio offering a range of services, to clients ranging across various industry sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, dealership, education, charities, retail and pharmaceutical. The role will allow the successful applicant to join a growing firm offering one of the best working facilities in the region, as well as an excellent salary and benefits package. The successful applicant will be able to work to tight reporting deadlines and be comfortable managing and developing a team of audit juniors. Duties and responsibilities: - Audit work from planning to completion - Preparation of annual statutory accounts - Production of management accounts - Process VAT, Government returns and sector specific returns - On site work - liaising with clients to support and advise - Supervise and develop more junior members of staff The successful candidate will be: -ACA or ACCA Qualified or Exam-qualified -A natural leader, with strong communication skills -A minimum of three years' experience working in practice -A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook If you meet the criteria for this role, and are interested in being put forward please do not hesitate to apply or contact me to discuss.
