Your opportunity Our national Reward business represents the largest Reward practice in any professional services firm and has practitioners specialising in every area of how and why employers pay employees. You will be involved in helping listed and private companies with all aspects of designing, implementing and operating share and cash incentive arrangements in the UK and overseas, including supporting clients in meeting their tax, legal, regulatory and compliance obligations. We are a true advisory practice, and aim to work in partnership with our clients to deliver high quality, high impact advice. We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us. Are you looking to return to the workplace after an extended career break? For this role we can offer coaching and support designed for returners to refresh your knowledge and skills, and help your transition back into the workplace after a career break of 2 years or more. If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter know when you make your application. Your role Our team supports a broad client portfolio across a range of industries, from very large global corporations through to smaller fast-growing businesses - both listed and private companies. This would involve consideration of the tax, legal and regulatory impact of such plans; • Coordinating global tax, legal and regulatory reviews of existing and proposed incentive arrangements; • Advising on the incentives aspects of corporate transactions (including coordinating due diligence reviews and assisting with tax structuring advice); • Managing high-profile and complex client accounts and relationships; and • Identifying and pursuing opportunities on clients and targets (both in relation to Incentives & Reward and wider Tax/Deloitte services). • Diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. We carefully consider agile ways of working, both formal and informal, that allow for the best impact for our people and our clients. Please speak to your recruiter about the working pattern that works best for you. Location: Reading with occasional domestic and international travel Suggested work pattern: Permanent full-time.
