As Senior Commercial Support Analyst you will play a vital part in driving & leading the overall forecasting and FP&A activities in their area/country of responsibility within J&J Hospital Medical Devices sector (HMD). By partnering with the local Finance Director and Business Unit Finance team as well as the other teams, your main focus will be to ultimately provide key stakeholders with the necessary tools and insights to support decision making. Process responsibilities: The primary responsibilities in this role are often complex in nature and require solid analytical expertise, knowledge of accounting procedures and FP&A processes and detailed understanding of each area. Areas include: * Support and partner with Commercial Support Manager for G5 South and local Business Unit Finance (BUF) teams in all elements of Forecasting, Planning and Reporting activities * Enthusiastically lead and own the timelines and processes for forecasting and planning activities and their accurate, timely and compliant submissions in the J&J systems * Preparation of PowerPoint decks for business reviews, budget/forecast meetings, and any ad-hoc meetings; collaboration with BUF team on reporting and ad-hoc requests. * Independently coordinate monthly reporting activities in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of insightful Month-End PowerPoint decks and presentations * Provide financial expertise in evaluating and identifying key issues and gaps in business performance; deliver meaningful and value-adding analyses that translate insights into innovative and viable solutions and actions * Drive continuous improvement with respect to quality of financial information (timeliness, accuracy, clarity, transparency) as well as processes and procedures with focus on efficiency, automation and standardisation * Identify and Lead process improvement projects and actively share best practices across FP&A CoE Teams & wider EMEA Finance team Qualifications Knowledge & Skill requirements: * Bachelor's Degree qualification, with a financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA * Solid finance experience with varied experiences in management accounting, FP&A, decision support etc * Excellent verbal and written English, proficient in Italian and/or Spanish is a plus * Excellent interpersonal skills; ready to deal with all levels of management and maintaining relationships with all partners * Collaborative attitude, agile and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and continuously evolving environment; proficient with management of meetings & influencing without authority * Strong business attitude and excellent analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret large sets of complex financial data to various audience and tell the "story" * Highly proactive and action-oriented mindset, with a willingness and desire to challenge status quo and drive improvements and change; Ability think creatively * Strong planning and organizational skills with a proven skill set to prioritize multiple priorities and handle tasks to a timely conclusion; Works well under pressure to meet tight timelines without compromising accuracy * Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (designing, building, and maintaining files) and attention to detail * Systems Knowledge: TM1, SAP, QlikView Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies are equal opportunity employers, and all qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
