Group Accountant
/ Permanent role / Based in Liverpool City Centre / £45,000 - £53,000 plus excellent benefits. Accountable Recruitment have the pleasure of working with our client who a leading PLC business who are now looking to appoint an ambitious, Fully Qualified Group Accountant to join their growing team. As an award winning, recognised business within their sector they now have a unique opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join their growing Group Finance function. Based out of their modern offices, you will report directly into the Group Financial Controller where you will be responsible for; producing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, KPI reporting and assisting with audit/statutory accounts. In addition you will play a key role as senior member of the team and support the FC with some key projects including: supporting with the new ERP system implementation, reviewing and improving processes and controls in line with the continued growth as
well as being encouraged to support with the planned M&A activity/due diligence - a great role to get your teeth stuck into if you are ambitious and keen to learn more. Skills/experience required: Ideally you will be a Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) You may be either: currently working in industry and now looking for a role that offers you more scope - or perhaps you are looking for your first move into industry from practice - either way if you have the right attitude and keen to learn more, our client
