Outsourcing Supervisor - Top 30 Firm

A fantastic opportunity for a qualified Outsourcing Accountant to join a Top 30 Firm of Accountants based in the City of London! You will join the firm as a Supervisor in the Outsourcing team, working closely with the Partners and Senior Management to run a busy portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors and sizes. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience within an outsourcing team of a firm of accountants, or experience preparing reviewing management accounts if working for a smaller firm. The Role: Manage a reasonable portfolio of clients Preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts and VAT returns for clients Supervising and reviewing work prepared by junior members of staff Review statutory accounts and working papers prepared by junior staff and delivering high quality statutory accounts to clients / partners Assisting clients who require bespoke set up and training to use software Ensuring allocate work is completed within time budget that is set Assisting with the transition from monthly/quarterly processing to daily/weekly processing to allow delivery of real time information to clients Attending client meetings Assisting where required in the general running of the Business Support department You will be confident multi-tasking and handling more than one client simultaneously whilst maintaining the service expected. An ability to work as a team, to delegate work to Seniors, Semi-Senior and Juniors and self-review your own work is essential to
