A rapidly growing Management Consultancy is looking to hire a Financial Controller as their new 'Number Two' in Finance. This Financial Controller position will report to the Finance Director. The business is growing at a phenomenal rate across a truly global
remit over the last 7 years. They are looking to continue this growth moving forwards. The Financial Controller will play a key part in helping to drive this growth through the implementation of scaleable processes, the provision of high quality management information and building a team capable of growing with the organisation. There will
be the opportunity to progress into a full Finance Director position over this period. The Financial Controller will be responsible for running all of the core monthly financial processes and will manage a team of 3 individuals. This role will also work closely with the Head of FP&A on all key forward planning and commercial elements such
as the budgeting, forecasting and expansion plans. The role will also involve a wide range of commercial projects such as setting up overseas entities, implementing new technology and systems and continuously driving process improvements. The ideal profile will be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with post qualified experience in a line management capacity. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up and take on responsibility for running and growing a team. An
understanding of FX issues would be beneficial as well as knowledge of the professional services business model.
