I am working with a mid-market PE house who are looking to exit from a multi-site package holidays business. You will be working closely with the Board, Legal, Advisors and Investment team whilst working with the CEO to successfully lead on a very notable exit!
You must be high impact and be the driving force for the dual track exit, including full ownership of the business plan and preparing the business internally for the transaction.
Ideally you will be available within 2 weeks, but there is an element of flexibility. Accounting qualifications are a necessity (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) for this position.
