About the position:
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you will be repsonsible for:
- Liaise with the financial institutions for compliance
- Upload relevant information into the portal and assist others when necessary
- Coordinate and monitor the recovery allocation process
- Maintain reports and records for management meetings
- Work closely with the Collections Manager to identify process improvements
- Adminstrative tasks as required
About you:
To be successful in this position you would have prior experience in debt recovery or insolvency; and understand all legislation around this. You will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with all stakeholders in the business. You must be self-disciplined, able to prioritise and effectively manage your own workload; whilst being a team player and contributing to the overall business success.
