Description

The Finance Manager will play an important role in the future growth for the business. It will be an interesting and varied role with responsibilities including but not limited to;

• Ownership and analysis of Margin Reconciliations in order to streamline business operations and efficiencies

• Business Partnering with International Business Managers, becoming a key point of contact within the business

• Identifying and communicating key business risks, reviewing company controls and procedures

• Management of key databases, and implementing process and systems improvements

• Commercial review and analysis of customer margins, and ability to clearly and concisely explain variances to key stakeholders

• Production and presentation of monthly performance analysis

• Involvement in and leadership of business projects

• Develop and implement strong financial controls and procedures

• Team member Management & mentoring

Profile

Due to the importance and the responsabilities of the Finance Manager position, the successful candidate must;

• Have advanced Excel & Access skills with experience of creating and using Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Database Management

• Strong data manipulation skills, familiar with handling large quantities of data

• Excellent communication skills, with strong relationship building and influencing tendencies

• Experience of dealing with non finance stakeholders

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified

• A desire to take ownership of your workload, with an ambitiion to strive for constant improvement

• Confidence handling and manipulating large quantities of data
