Page Personnel have an excellent 12 month opportunity available for a Senior Accountant to join a growing business in Bury. The role can pay up to £40,000 for the right candidate and an immediate start is required.

An international logistics business with offices in Bury.
Description
As a Senior Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director, responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing the accounts team
* Preparation of month end journals and close procedures
* Balance sheets
* Looking at FX exposures
* EU Intrastat returns
* EU vat returns
* Dealing with hedging, working with foreign currencies
* Month end reporting to HO
* Trend Analysis
* Maintaining general ledgers
* Cash flows
* Completing external and internal audit requirements
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be immediately available for work
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Be ACCA/CIMA Part-qualified
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
