This role is part of Group Business Support Services (GBSS) Finance, supporting the Travel Management & Direct Expense functions.

The role is varied with an opportunity to support business decisions through clear, concise analysis. As a result of the context of the role, there is likely to be regular exposure to senior management & a wide variety in the work undertaken.

In this role you will:

• Actively engage GBSS Finance team to find opportunities to develop technology, analytics and automation in connection with BAU work
• Oversight data structure management – Global Authorization Database (GAD), Cost Center (changing ownership, opening & closing), GLASS ownership
• Support automation of standard reports and processes within GBSS Finance team (Direct Expenses, Occupancy FP&A)
• Take care about cross team support in BAU, e.g. HC loading in FC, helping in preparation consolidated reports, budget transfer managements, reporting GBSS initiatives in OnePPM, support in budgeting and business plan processes
• Help in coordination of using Data Analytics in the GBSS Finance team (e.g. Preparing various ad-hoc analysis of building cost for both Budget and Forecast for partners/budget owners)
• Support in FP&A transformation project
• Support in moving all GBSS Finance reports to Tableau dashboards

You Offer

• You are fluent in English
• You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related studies
• You have approximately 2-4 years of previous experience (preferably with FP&A analysis background)
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel - knowledge of VBA is a must
• You have some experience in working with SQL databases and basic experience with ETL
• Your knowledge of Hyperion, Alteryx and Tableau will be an asset
• You have outstanding organizational, time and project management skills
• You are a dedicated problem solver with analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problems and think out of the box
• You have the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• You are proficient in visualizing and communicating complex data and messages in clear understandable and actionable form.
• You have demonstrable experience with reporting packages, visualization tools, data architecture and data management concepts (e.g. Tableau/Alteryx/Business Objects).
