Graduate Trainee Management Accountant

On behalf of a market leading business in Reading I am recruiting for a permanent Graduate Trainee Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

Description

The successful graduate for this role will get exposure to the following key duties:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with the production of management accounts
• Group accounting - assist with monthly reporting. To ensure accurate financial information is reported on a timely basis
• Collect, reconcile and analyse financial data as directed and assist in providing statutory, statistical, audit and taxation information on a timely and accurate basis.

Profile

The successful graduate will have to posses the following:

• Experience of working with a high level of self-organisation, requiring numeracy and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with experience of communicating at different levels within an organisation
• Educated to a degree level in a numerical subject or equivalent
• Looking to study towards CIMA/ACCA
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office products to an intermediate level
