Description
- Maintain the quality and integrity of the financial reporting processes through leadership of the Financial Accounting team to ensure timely production of the reported results
- Delivering an effective Financial control environment, with specific focus on balance sheets, cash reporting & collection and overhead expenditure
- Assist driving innovation in finance processes, support automation of core processes and development of finance systems to provide accurate and timely financial insight to the leadership team
- Close and effective liaison with the offshore service centre to support the continuous improvement of their service provision

Qualified accountant
In-depth manufacturing or industrial knowledge / experience
Strong background in financial controls

£60,000 - £70,000 plus car allowance bonus and pension
