This is a really exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing company.
Our client are in the Health industry and looking for a profile that will be versatile in their approach.
Within the role you will be accountable for:
- Manages the production and analysis of key financial and activity based information. - Supports the Financial controller with ledger reviews and high level transaction processing within the month end process. - Supports the implementation of Company policies, procedures, processes and initiatives. - Assists in the maintenance of financial procedures file and ensures that all financial processes are adhered to within the department. - Supports Regional Directors and Managers with implementing processes and ensuring adherence to financial procedures. - Ensures accounting services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation. - Preparation of yearend audit files documentation and liaison with external auditors. - Production of annual statutory company accounts for several companies and associated iXBRL tagging submission to HMRC. - Responsible for submitting annual returns and completing duties on behalf of the Financial Controller - Owning and maintaining the groups balance sheet register with clear explanation of all items within the ledger - Be up to date with current accounting standard particularly UK GAAP - Working knowledge of tax legislation
You will be at the final stages of your ACCA/CIMA or post qualified.
